摘 要:目的 探讨线上线下相结合式正念减压干预对感染科低年资护士觉知压力和职业认同感的影响。方法 选取2020年11月—2021年11月医院感染科48名低年资护士为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组24名。对照组进行常规培训教育,观察组在对照组基础上进行线上线下相结合式正念减压干预,比较两组护士干预前后的觉知压力、职业认同感以及工作幸福感。结果 干预前,两组紧张感、失控感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组紧张感、失控感评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组把握度、一致感、自我效力感、自我决定感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组把握度、一致感、自我效力感、自我决定感评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组工作价值、工作特征、人际关系、福利待遇、管理者5个维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组工作价值、工作特征、人际关系、福利待遇、管理者5个维度评分高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 线上线下相结合式正念减压干预可降低感染科低年资护士觉知压力,提升职业认同感和工作幸福感,对维护感染科低年资护士心理健康具有重要价值。Objective To explore the ef fect of online and o ffl ine mindfulness decompression intervention on perceived stress and professional identity of junior nurses in infection department. Methods A total of 48 junior nurses in the hospital infection department from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects. According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group received routine training and education, and the observation group received online and offline combined mindfulness decompression intervention on the basis of the control group. The awareness pressure, professional identity and work happiness of the two groups of nurses before and after the intervention were compared. Results Before the intervention,there was no signifi cant dif ference in the scores of tension and uncontrollability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of tension and uncontrollability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no signifi cant dif ference in the scores of degree of mastery, sense of consistency, sense of self-efficacy and sense of self-determination between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of degree of mastery, sense of consistency, sense of self-e ffi cacy and sense of self-determination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).
