摘  要:发展性评价是以推动教师专业发展为重要准则的一种考核评估手段。艺术设计教师具有创造能力强、形象思维水平高、个性化强以及注重激情等特征,当下传统考核评估方式已经不能够满足艺术设计教师考核评估需求,不仅考核评估标准同质化现象严重,同时考核评估结果也缺少反馈,为此将发展性评价应用到艺术设计教师考核评估中十分有必要,强调教师在评价中的主体地位,构建完善的发展性教师评价体系,并健全考核评估反馈体制,以期能够推动教师专业发展、提升综合能力。Developmental evaluation is an assessment method that takes promoting teachers'professional development as an important criterion.Art and design teachers have the characteristics of strong creativity,high level of image thinking,strong individuality,and focus on passion.At present,the traditional assessment methods can no longer meet the needs of art and design teachers.Not only are the assessment standards homogenized,but also the assessment results lack feedback.Therefore,it is necessary to apply developmental assessment to the assessment of art and design teachers,Emphasize the main position of teachers in the evaluation,build a sound developmental teacher evaluation system,and improve the assessment and feedback system,so as to promote the professional development of teachers and enhance their comprehensive ability.
