摘 要:60岁以上的老年人容易患慢性病,且身体免疫力较弱,因此需要通过不同的膳食模式提高老年人的膳食营养素摄入量,提升老年人身体机能。采用3 d膳食称重记录法对低血糖指数膳食模式、终止高血压膳食模式、富含纤维素膳食模式进行记录分析。随机选择郑州市200名60~75岁的老年人作为调查对象,收集所有研究对象一般资料,利用Logistic回归方程计算膳食模式差异项的膳食营养素摄入量。结果表明,蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、钙和碘摄入量明显较高,能量、膳食纤维、维生素B、维生素D、磷和铁摄入量较低。不同膳食模式均可以达到老年人日常膳食营养素摄入量。People over 60 years old are prone to chronic diseases,and their immunity is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the dietary nutrient intake of the elderly through different dietary patterns,so as to improve their physical functions.Three-day diet weighing recording method was used to record and analyze the low glycemic index diet,tdietary approaches to stop hypertension and fiber-enriched diet.200 elderly people aged 60~75 in Zhengzhou were randomly selected as the subjects.The general data of all the subjects were collected,and the dietary nutrient intakes of dietary pattern differences were calculated by Logistic regression equation.The results showed that the intakes of protein,fat,carbohydrate,vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E,calcium and iodine were obviously higher,while the intakes of energy,dietary fiber,vitamin B,vitamin D,phosphorus and iron were lower.Different dietary patterns could reach the daily dietary nutrient intake of the elderly.
