摘 要:在金课建设中,针对电工学课程学科交叉性强、理论与实践结合要求高的特点,为了能够激发学生的学习兴趣与动机,培养学生自主学习和动手实践能力,该文基于生物强化学习脑机制,结合及时强化、随机强化、长远强化等多种强化学习原理,以学生角度切入,设计了遵循“感受认知→理论理解→仿真领会→实验验证→实训拓展”递进式强化原则的电工学混合式教学模式。教学实践应用效果表明,学生主动学习的意愿和动手实践能力明显增强,考试成绩显著提高。针对性强、强化形式多样的混合式教学模式能够极大提升电工学教学效果和教学质量。The strong interdisciplinary and high requirements for the combination of theory and practice are the characteristics of Electrotechnics course.In the process of Gold Course construction,to stimulate students'learning interest and motivation,and cultivate students'autonomous learning and practical ability,a hybrid teaching mode of Electrotechnics course is designed.The hybrid teaching mode is based on the brain mechanism of biological reinforcement learning,combined with timely reinforcement,random reinforcement,long-term reinforcement,and other reinforcement learning principles,and follows the progressive reinforcement principle of"feeling cognition->theoretical understanding->simulation understanding->experimental verification->practical training expansion".The application effect of teaching practice shows that students'willingness to learn actively and practical ability are significantly enhanced,and the examination results are significantly improved.The mixed teaching mode with strong pertinence and various forms of reinforcement can greatly improve the teaching effect and quality of electrotechnics.
