摘　　要：在阐述“新医科”背景下医学本科生科研素质和创新能力培养的重要意义、现状的基础上,分析了其存在的问题:医学本科生科研素质和创新能力培养体系不完善,学生对科研创新认识不足,教师对本科生科研指导不够等;提出优化医学本科课程体系,健全科研教育管理机制,强化教师的创新意识和指导力度,加强政府、学校、企业三方合作等,培养能够服务“健康中国”战略、服务生命健康事业的创新型医学本科人才.After elaborating on the significance and current situation of the cultivation of undergraduate medical students scientific research quality and innovation ability under the background of“new medicine”,this paper analyzes the existing problems:the training system of undergraduate medical students scientific research and innovation ability in medical colleges and universities is imperfect;students understanding of scientific research and innovation is insufficient and teachers do not provide enough scientific research guidance.It then proposes that the undergraduate medical curriculum system should be optimized,the management mechanism of scientific research education improved,teachers innovation consciousness and guidance reinforced,and the government-college-enterprise cooperation strengthened so as to cultivate innovative medical graduate talents who can serve the“Healthy China”strategy and the cause of life and health.
