摘 要:近年来健康中国战略的持续推进提高了人们的健康意识水平,社会各界对于食品安全关注度也逐步提高并致力于通过多种方式降低食品安全问题的出现概率。食品检测技术的应用可以对食品内包含的各项成分进行检测和分析,以此来评估食品是否安全,是保证食品质量的重要手段。但是,在食品检测技术应用过程中存在较多的风险因素,会给食品检测结果和数据带来影响。基于此,本文对食品安全现状进行了分析,提出了食品检测技术的影响和控制检测风险的有效策略,以期可以为食品安全提供保障。In recent years,the continuous promotion of the Healthy China strategy has strengthened people’s health awareness,and people from all walks of life have paid more attention to food safety,trying to reduce the incidence of food safety problems through various ways.The application of food detection technology can detect and analyze the ingredients contained in the food,so as to evaluate whether the food is safe,which is an important means to ensure the quality of food.However,there are many risk factors in the application of food detection technology,which will affect the results and data of food detection.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of food safety,puts forward the influence of food testing technology and effective strategies to control the risk of testing,in order to provide important guarantee for food safety.
