摘  要:建立鸡蛋粉中恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、培氟沙星、洛美沙星、沙拉沙星和依诺沙星等8种喹诺酮药物的分析方法。样品经2.0%甲酸乙腈提取,QuEChERS SPE净化管净化后40℃水浴氮气吹至近干,用1 mL 0.1%甲酸水-乙腈溶液(9+1)定容,供高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定,外标法定量。8种目标化合物的线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为1.0μg·kg^(-1),回收率在73.2%~102.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于23%。该方法可高效、快速、准确检测出鸡蛋粉中8种喹诺酮类药物残留。An analytical method was established for the determination of eight quinolones in egg powder,including enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,norfloxacin,pefloxacin,lomefloxacin,sarafloxacin and enoxacin.The sample was extracted with 2.0%formic acid acetonitrile,purified with QuEChERS SPE purification tube,and then blown to near dry with 40℃water bath nitrogen.The volume was fixed with 1 mL of 0.1%formic acid water acetonitrile solution(9+1)for determination by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.The linear correlation coefficients of the eight target compounds were greater than 0.999,the detection limit of the method was 1.0μg·kg^(-1),the recovery was 73.2%~102.0%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 23%.This method can detect 8 quinolones residues in egg powder efficiently,quickly and accurately.
