摘 要:基于非正式学习,探究中医药院校英语教师的本体回归和未来旨归是对其个体的关怀。当前,中医药院校英语教师教育面临的主要问题是注重英语语言教育,忽视生命关怀;关注英语单学科的发展,忽视多学科生态共生教育;关注英语教学实践行为的培养,忽视实践智慧的生成路径。因此,基于非正式学习,提出中医药院校英语教师在培育现有学生及未来人才的方式上,实现专业知识技能与人性教育融合的生命回归;在教学过程及教学价值体现方面,实现多学科学习与生态教育融合的生态回归;在中医药对外传播方面,强调英语教师专业素养与内涵式教育融合的实践回归等。The exploration of noumenon returning and future direction on the basis of informal learning expresses the individual concern for English teachers from colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.At present,there are some problems with English teachers from colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in China:people pay attention to English education,ignoring the concern for teachers'lives;people focus on English subject,neglecting multidisciplinary education;people put emphasis on teaching behavior,overlooking the generation path of practical wisdom.In consideration of the above,this paper proposes the following strategies:returning of the integration between professional knowledge and skills and human nature education based on the present cultivation manner;ecological regression of multidisciplinary learning and ecological education in teaching procedure and embodiment of teaching value;practice returning of integrating professional quality and connotative education from the perspective of external communication of Chinese medicine.
