摘　　要：高职实践教学对培养学生的实践技能具有重要作用。文章从我国高职资产评估与管理专业的实践教学现状入手,通过调研和访谈得出该专业实践教学中存在的问题,然后结合专业教师的教学经验和实践教学理论研究,从加强校企合作,深化产教融合;加强实践教学环节管理两个方面,给出建立校外实训基地,完善教师到企业顶岗实践制度,校企合作开发资产评估教学实训软件,落实教法改革、完善实训教学设计,提升学生实训兴趣,完善实训过程管理等建议,为资产评估与管理专业开展理实一体化实践教学提供参考。Practical teaching in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in cultivating students’practical skills.The article starts with the present situation of practical teaching of asset appraisal and management major in higher vocational colleges,finds problems in practical teaching of this major through investigation and interview,then combines with teachers’teaching experience and theory research of practical teaching,and finally puts forward the corresponding proposals.From perspectives of strengthening cooperation between colleges and enterprises and deepening the integration of industry and education,as well as strengthening practical teaching management,the proposals mainly include establishing offcampus training bases,improving the practice system of teachers taking posts in enterprises,school-enterprise cooperation in the software development of asset assessment teaching and training,implementing teaching reform,improving the practical training teaching design,enhancing students’interest in practical training,and improving training process management.All the proposals can provide some references for practical teaching of integrating theories with practice in major of asset appraisal and management.
