四神丸单用或联用治疗炎性肠病的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价四神丸对炎性肠病的临床有效率。方法利用计算机检索四神丸治疗炎性肠病的临床研究文献,中文数据库包括中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),英文文献数据库包括PubMed、The Cochrane Libarary、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),检索时间为建库起至2022年5月14日。使用NoteExpress查重后,按照纳入标准与排除标准,由两名研究者筛选文献,应用Review Manager 5.3软件对最终纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入13篇研究文献,共1282例患者。由Meta分析结果可见,四神丸治疗炎性肠病有效率高于对照组[比值比(odds ratio,OR)为4.07,95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI):2.86~5.79,P<0.001]。结论四神丸对炎性肠病具有较好的临床治疗效果,但仍需高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证支持。Objective To systematically assess the clinical efficacy of Sishen–Pill in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.Methods The clinical research literature of Sishen–Pill in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease was searched by computer.The Chinese literature was searched by CNKI,WanFang,VIP and SinoMed,and the English literature was obtained from PubMed,the Cochrane libarary,and SinoMed.After the duplicate check of NoteExpress,the literature was screened by two researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the final included studies were Meta analyzed by using Review Manager 5.3 software.Results 13 research literatures were finally included,with a total of 1282 patients.The results of Meta–analysis showed that,the effective rate of Sishen–Pill was higher than that in the control group in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease[odds ratio(OR)=4.07,95%confidence interval(CI)=2.86–5.79,P<0.001].Conclusion Sishen–Pill has a good clinical therapeutic effect on inflammatory bowel disease,but it still needs to be further verified and supported by high–quality randomized controlled trials.
