摘　　要：ISO14000环境管理体系标准是创建绿色企业的有效工具,而且它是一个国际通用的标准,可以通过标准的认证,对企业持续地开展环境管理工作及对企业的可持续发展起到有效地推动作用。对食品环境管理体系小组、黄酒产品描述、ISO14000的特征、机械化黄酒清洁生产流程控制点、环境管理体系的改进措施、体系的运行进行了详细分析。ISO14000 environmental management system standard is an effective tool to create a green enterprise, and it is an international standard. It can pass the certification of the standard and play an effective role in promoting the continuous environmental management and sustainable development of the enterprise. The food environmental management system team, the product description of yellow rice wine, the characteristics of ISO14000, the control points of mechanized clean production process of yellow rice wine, the improvement measures of environmental management system and the operation of the system were analyzed in detail.
