摘　　要：白酒是中国重要的酿造酒之一,近年来,有关饮用白酒对机体健康的影响成为了热门的研究课题。本文从白酒的保健作用,饮用白酒对机体肝肾功能、生理功能以及肠道菌群的影响及机制等方面阐述了饮用白酒对机体局部水平的影响,并对白酒的健康发展提出展望,以期为白酒的研究提供参考与借鉴。Baijiu is one of the most important alcoholic drinks in China. In recent years,the influence of drinking Baijiu on human health has become a hot research topic. This paper expounds the effect of drinking Baijiu on the partial level of the body from the aspects of liver/kidney function,physiological function, and intestinal flora,and puts forward the prospect of the healthy development of Baijiu, so as to provide reference for the research on Baijiu.
