摘　　要：目前,我国微电子相关产业的人才缺口高达几十万。随着集成电路产业向纵深发展,对微电子相关的教育工作者提出了更多量、更高质的人才培养要求。在当前国内外形势下,培养贴合产业需要、支撑集成电路产业发展的大国工匠已成为高校微电子专业教育工作者迫在眉睫的任务。从精于工、匠于心、品于行三个方面阐述了大国工匠精神的内涵,介绍了在微电子器件设计课程教学过程中对学生进行大国工匠精神培养的措施,同时研究了学生的学习成绩与践行大国工匠精神之间参与度的关系,并对这种关系进行了剖析。At present,the number of engineer gap in China's microelectronics is as high as hundreds of thousands.With the further development of IC industry,more and higher quality training requirements are put forward to microelectronics teachers.Under the current situation at domestic and overseas,it is an urgent task for educators of microelectronics major in colleges and universities to cultivate craftsmen who meet the needs of the industry and support the IC industry development.This paper expounds the connotation of the craftsman spirit of a great country from three aspects of being skilled in engineering,craftsman in heart and product in practice,introduces the cultivation measures of the craftsman spirit of a great country for students in the course of microelectronics device design teaching,and studies the relationship between students'academic performance and the participation in the practice of the craftsman spirit of a great country,and analyzes this relationship.
