摘 要:无机抗菌材料因其稳定性好、抗菌谱广、生物安全性高等优点被广泛应用于口腔领域,而且受到越来越多学者的关注。无机抗菌材料包括银离子抗菌剂、金属氧化物抗菌剂等。本文就其抗菌机理及抗菌特性,以及对口腔修复材料的抗菌、理化性能的影响进行综述,并展望其在口腔修复中应用前景。Inorganic antibacterial materials, which have attracted increasing scholarly attention, are extensively used in the field of dentistry because of their outstanding stability, broad antimicrobial spectrum, and great biosafety. Inorganic antibacterial materials include silver ion antibacterial agents, metal oxide antibacterial agents,and so on. This paper summarizes the antibacterial mechanisms and properties of inorganic antibacterial materials,as well as their influence on the antibacterial and physicochemical properties of dental prosthetic materials, with prospects for their application in oral rehabilitation.
