高职扩招专项背景下乡村人才培养的挑战与改革

摘　　要：在《高职扩招专项工作实施方案》(教职成〔2019〕12号)以及《关于加快推进乡村人才振兴的意见》(中办发[2021]9号)精神的指导下,一批涉农类高职院校以高职扩招专项工作为抓手,面向广大农村开设学历提升的乡村人才班。本文以广东科贸职业学院为例,从乡村人才培养面临的现实挑战出发,在课程体系、培养模式等方面探索了一套行之有效的改革路径,切实提高了乡村人才培养质量,为乡村振兴发展输送了大批优质人才。Under the guidance of the Implementation Plan for the Special Work of Expanding the Enrollment of Higher Vocational Education(No. 12,2019)and the Opinions on Accelerating the Revitalization of Rural Talents(No. 9,2021),many of agriculture-related higher vocational colleges, focusing on the enrollment expansion of higher vocational education, had set up classes for rural talents with higher education. Taking Guangdong Vocational Polytechnic of Science and Trade as an example, this paper explored a set of effective reform paths in curriculum system, training mode and other aspects based on the realistic challenges faced by personnel training, so as to practically improve the quality of personnel training and prepare a large number of high-quality talents to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
