摘 要:为了提高水上交通安全,减少船舶碰撞风险,基于模糊逻辑理论提出一种多船会遇安全态势感知评估方法。首先,基于船舶自动识别系统数据判断船舶会遇等典型交通场景下船舶避让优先级;然后,利用船舶相对距离、航速、船速比(本船与他船的航速比值)和相对方位(本船与他船的航向比值)等因素建立模糊评价规则,利用模糊综合评价法量化会遇态势下船舶的碰撞危险程度;最后,基于给定的风险阈值给出船舶航行安全风险预警。基于AIS数据对上海洋山深水港水域附近的多船交叉会遇和多船对遇局面进行仿真实验,实验结果表明所提出的方法能有效评估不同交通态势下船舶安全风险程度,可为智能船舶智能航行决策和安全预警提供数据支撑。In order to improve water traffic safety and reduce ship collision risk,a security situation awareness assessment method for multi ship encounter based on fuzzy logic theory was proposed.Firstly,the ship avoidance priority under typical traffic scenarios such as ship encounter based on the data of ship automatic identification system(AIS)was judged.Secondly,the fuzzy evaluation rules are established by using the factors such as the ship s relative distance,speed,speed ratio(the speed ratio between the ship and other ships)and relative orientation(the course ratio between the ship and other ships),and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantify the ship s CRI(collision risk range)in the encounter situation.Finally,the early warning of ship navigation safety risk Based on the obtained risk threshold is given.Based on AIS data,the simulation experiments of multi ship cross encounter and multi ship encounter near the waters of Shanghai Yang shan deep water port are carried out.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the ship safety risk degree under different traffic situations,and can provide data support for intelligent ship intelligent navigation decision-making and safety early warning.
