摘  要:《中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划》中明确提出,施行校企联合培养、双主体育人的中国特色现代学徒制。职业院校技术人才培养需跨越技术复杂、基础薄弱、师资不足、实践困难等多重障碍,现代学徒制培养模式是深化职业院校与企业合作,培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要手段,在集成电路技术人才培养中更是不可或缺的模式。以专业版图设计技能培养为例,聚焦合作对象、典型项目、实施步骤及效果评价四个要素,探讨如何高效推动专业建设与产业发展相适应,从而逐步形成校企联合培养、双主体育人的现代学徒制培养模式运行机制。“Double high plan” clearly puts forward “the implementation of school enterprise joint training,double masters of modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics”.The training in vocational colleges needs to overcome the multiple obstacles of complex technology,weak foundation,lack of teachers and practical difficulties.The modern apprenticeship training mode is an important means to deepen the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,and it is also an indispensable training mode in the training of integrated circuit talents.Taking the professional layout design skills training as an example,focusing on the four elements of cooperation objects,typical projects,implementation steps and effect evaluation,this paper discusses how to effectively promote the professional construction to adapt to the industrial development,so as to gradually form a modern apprenticeship training mode operation mechanism of school enterprise joint training and dual masters talent training.
