摘　　要：为探讨类思维在中医思想的发生、中医理论的构建、中医未来的发展过程中的作用,笔者搜集和整理了古今与中医药相关的类思维文献。中国文化起始的原始类思维经《周易》抽象化,经诸子百家从不同角度的完善,成为中医归类的理论基础。中医之“类”的特色为关系相似性,分类方法为阴阳、五行及天地人等。“类”可做为中医的逻辑工具,其在中医的认知过程中的作用具有独特性。中医之“类”可通过“类”移植和“类”创造的方式创新,但应遵循规律,避免谬误的产生。To explore the role of category thinking in the occurrence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) thought,the construction of TCM theory and the future development of TCM, the classified thinking literature related to TCM in ancient and modern times was collected and sorted out. The original classification thought at the beginning of Chinese culture has been abstracted by Zhouyi and perfected by various schools of thought from different angles, which has become the theoretical basis of TCM classification. The ‘classification’ of TCM is characterized by the similarity of relations, and the classification methods include yin and yang, five elements, heaven, earth and man. ‘Classification’ can be used as a TCM logical tool, and its role in the cognitive process of TCM is unique. The ‘classification’ of TCM can be innovated by transplanting ‘classification’ and creating ‘classification’, but we should follow the rules to avoid fallacies.
