物流工程专业教学体系创新研究——以智慧经济与创新驱动视角教学为例

摘  要:在智慧经济视角下,物流业的技术模式和服务模式发生着深刻变革,创新驱动正成为新的发展引擎,迫切需要高等学校物流工程专业加快培养模式转型。结合教育部高等学校物流管理与工程类教指委的2021年调研数据分析,对物流工程各专业教学体系的“现状—问题—改进”三个视角进行了调研。基于上述调研分析结构,提出了促进创新人才培养的四点相关建议,主要包括进行物流工程专业培养方案体系规划与设计、加大对物流实践课程重视、促进学生参加各类物流竞赛、加大教学投入保障水平。From the perspective of smart economy,the technology mode and the service mode of the logistics industry have undergone profound changes,and innovation-driven development is becoming a new development engine.There is an urgent need to accelerate the transformation of the training mode of logistics engineering majors in colleges and universities.Based on the data of the National Advisory Committee on the Teaching of Logistics Management and Engineering Majors in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education in 2021,this paper investigates the teaching systems of logistics engineering majors from the three perspectives of“status quo–problems–improvement”.Based on the above research and analysis structure,this paper puts forward 4 suggestions to promote the cultivation of innovative talents,which mainly includes:planning and designing the logistics engineering professional training program system,putting more emphasis on logistics practice courses,promoting students to participate in various logistics competitions,and increasing the level of teaching investment.
