摘　　要：立足省城还是乡土,依托官办书院还是创立私人书院,著书还是讲学,编纂地方志还是乡志族谱,是曾钊、朱次琦学术活动差异性的主要方面。曾钊、朱次琦学术活动的差异性,潜藏着他们学术思想的差异性。宗尚汉学还是宋学,是否兼重修身与治学及修行、治学的内容、特征,是曾钊、朱次琦学术思想差异性的主要方面。Based in the provincial capital or the countryside,relying on government-run academies or establishing private academies,writing books or lecturing,these were the main aspects of Zeng Zhao and Zhu Ciqi’s differences in their academic activities.The differences of Zeng Zhao and Zhu Ciqi’s academic activities concealed the differences of their academic thoughts.The main difference between Zeng Zhao and Zhu Ciqi’s academic thought was whether to pursue Han learning or Song learning,whether to emphasize both self-cultivation and learning,as well as the content and characteristics of their personal cultivation and pursuit of learning.
