摘 要:目的探讨在口腔颌面医学影像诊断学实验教学中开展基于微信平台的以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的可行性及效果。方法对象为2019年9月—2021年5月期间修习口腔颌面医学影像诊断学的2016、2017级武汉大学口腔医学院口腔医学专业本科生138名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组69名。在口腔颌面医学影像诊断学的唾液腺疾病实验教学中,试验组和对照组分别采用微信平台联合CBL教学法、传统的以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)授课,最终通过课堂测试以及问卷调查统计分析两种教学方法的差异。结果试验组和对照组的课堂测试成绩分别为(90.97±8.96)分、(87.49±10.98)分,试验组成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.038,P<0.05);现有问卷调查结果显示试验组在提高学习兴趣、自主学习能力、团队合作能力、临床影像分析诊断能力、教师教学满意度五方面的评价结果均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在口腔颌面医学影像诊断学实验教学中,应用基于微信平台的CBL教学法可取得较好效果,但教学过程需进一步优化。Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of WeChat platform combined with CBLteaching modelin the experimental course of oral and maxillofacial imaging diagnosis.Methods A total of 138 undergraduate students(Grade of 2016 and 2017)majoring in stomatology in School of Stomatology,Wuhan University from September 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 69 students in each group.In the experimental course of saliva gland disease in oral and maxillofacial imaging diagnosis,WeChat platform combined with CBL model and LBL model were adopted by the experimental group and control group respectively.Final teaching effect was compared by the theoretical test and after-class questionnaire survey.Results The classroom test score of the experimental group(90.97±8.96)was better than that of the control group(87.49±10.98),and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.038,P<0.05).The existing questionnaire survey results showed that the evaluation results of five aspects of improving learning interest,autonomous learning ability,teamwork ability,clinical image analysis and diagnosis ability,teaching satisfaction of undergraduates in the student test group were all higher than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform combined with CBL teaching model can achieve good results in the experimental course of oral and maxillofacial medical imaging diagnosis,but the process need to be further optimized.
