摘  要:目的评价使用以案例为基础的教学法在医学影像技术学实习带教中的教学效果,有效提高实习带教质量。方法将2017年7月—2021年3月重庆市第七人民医院医学影像技术学实习学生分为试验组和对照组,试验组31名采用以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL),对照组30名采用以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)。将两组学生理论和技能考试成绩进行统计学分析;给试验组学生发放调查问卷共31份,以不记名的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组综合考试平均成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示25名(81%)学生认为提高了对医学影像技术的学习兴趣;29名(94%)学生认为提高了医学影像技术的实践操作能力;23名(74%)名学生认为提高了阅片能力;26名(84%)学生认为提高了临床思维能力;21名(68%)学生认为提高了总结表达能力。结论医学影像技术学实习带教过程中使用CBL教学法能够有效提高教学质量,促进学生将理论知识转化为实践能力。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of case-based learning in the practice teaching of medical imaging technology,and effectively improve the quality of practice teaching.Methods The medical imaging technology interns from July 2017 to March 2021 in the Seventh People's Hospital of Chongqing were divided into the experimental group and the control group,31 students in the experimental group adopted the case-based learning,while 30 students in the control group adopted the lecture-based learning.The theory and skills test scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.A total of 31 questionnaires were distributed to the students in the experimental group to evaluate the teaching effect in the form of anonymity.Results The average score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that 25 students(81%)thought that they had improved their interest in learning;29 students(94%)thought that they had improved their practical operation ability;23 students(74%)thought that they had improved their image reading ability;26 students(84%)thought that the clinical thinking ability was improved;21 students(68%)thought that they had improved the ability of summarizing and expressing.Conclusion CBL can effectively improve the teaching quality and promote students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical ability.
