摘 要:针对产教融合现状和问题进行研究分析,提出企业典型诉求、激励机制建立途径,构建多元主体、共同参与,深入开展产教融合。采用实地调研、网络问卷调查,研究分析产教融合过程中企业诉求,以“职教20条”为依据,提出“产业学院、双向激励、成果转化”等运行机制。得出紧密结合国家职教政策,做好政、企、校沟通协调,建立对应体制机制,挖掘“产业学院、产业联盟”等校企资源,解决好企业诉求,并提高企业积极参与度。Research and analysis are conducted on the current situation and problems of the integration of production and education.The paper puts forward the typical appeals of enterprises,the way to establish incentive mechanisms,building multiple subjects and participating jointly to carry out in-depth integration of production and education.Field research and online questionnaire survey are adopted to research and analyze the appeals of enterprises in the process of integration of production and education.Based on the"20 Vocational Education Regulations",the paper puts forward operating mechanisms such as"industry colleges,two-way incentives,and achievement transformation".Closely combining the national vocational education policy,we should do a good job in the communication and coordination of government,enterprises and schools,establish corresponding systems and mechanisms,tap school-enterprise resources such as"industry colleges and industry alliances",solve the appeals of enterprises,and increase the active participation of enterprises.
