摘　　要：建立于新技术之上,将传统豆腐制作工艺与现代家电融合,发掘其市场可行性与价值。分析传统豆腐制作工艺,总结时代发展下,在现代化家庭中使用传统豆腐制作流程暴露出的不便因素与问题,利用可行的技术支持,以现代家电的方式实现和完成豆腐制作,从而提出设计方法和可能性。得到家用豆腐制作机。该方法可以得到以传统豆腐制作工艺现代化为理论基础的家电设计。Based on the new technology,the traditional tofu production process and the integration of modern household appliances,explore its market feasibility and value.The paper analyzes the traditional tofu making process,summarizes the inconvenient factors and problems exposed by the traditional tofu making process in the modern family under the development of The Times,uses the feasible technical support,realizes and completes the tofu making in the way of modern household appliances,and puts forward the design method and possibility.Get home tofu making machine.This method can get the home appliance design based on the modernization of traditional tofu making technology.
