摘　　要：随着汽车用户对驾驶舒适性要求的提高,动力传动噪声、振动、声振粗糙度(NVH)问题日益重要,离合器作为发动机和变速箱之间动力传递的开关是整车舒适性的关键指标之一。本文主要介绍了与NVH相关的离合器零部件的组成和功能,提出调校流程及测试数据分析的方法及评价,指导汽车零部件开发过程离合器的匹配及传动系统NVH属性目标的达成。离合器调校中通过测试数据分析整合了客观测试与主观评测的相关性,缩短了调校周期,对不同车型离合器的选型及属性目标的设定和驾驶舒适性签发提供参考。With the increasing requirements of customer for driving comfort,the noise,vibration and harshness(NVH)problem of powertrain is becoming more and more important.As the switch of power transmission between engine and gearbox,clutch is one of the key indicators of vehicle comfort.The composition and function of clutch components related to NVH were introduced,and the method and evaluation of the tuning process and test data analysis were proposed to guide the matching of clutches and the achievement of the NVH attribute goal of powertrain system in the development process of automobile parts.In the clutch calibration,the correlation between objective test and subjective evaluation is integrated through test data analysis,and the calibration cycle is shortened,which provides a reference for the selection of clutches of different models,the setting of attribute objectives and the issuance of driving comfort.
