摘　　要：立足新时代,民汉双语宣传人才培养可积极探索与大学语文“培养民族精神、立德树人”的课程目标结合。在大学语文课程标准下,将宣传人才培养与政策宣讲有机结合,使民族青年在宣讲实践中,借助新媒体,主动学习民族文化知识;摆正位置,用既短且实又新的文风宣讲新思想;汲古润今,讲好党的科学理论与惠民政策;深入群众,发挥双语宣传人才具有的民族语言优势参与抗疫宣讲。引导广大少数民族学生在大学语文课程培养体系下成为“胸中有大义、心里有人民、肩头有责任、笔下有乾坤”的新时代民汉双语宣传人才。Based on the new era, the cultivation of Ethnic-Chinese bilingual publicity talents can be actively explored in conjunction with the curriculum objective of university language "cultivating national spirit and cultivating people with moral character". In the university language curriculum, the training of publicity talents is organically combined with policy publicity, so that ethnic youths can take the initiative to learn ethnic culture with the help of new media in the publicity practice;the right position should be maintained to publicize new ideas in a concise, realistic and new style;the Party’s scientific theories and preferential policies for the people should be properly publicized;it is essential to reach out to the masses and take advantage of the ethnic-Chinese bilingual publicity talents to participate in anti-epidemic publicity. With the training system of university language courses, the majority of ethnic minority students are guided to become bilingual publicity talents of the new era who have "great justice in their mind, people in their hearts, responsibility on their shoulders, and the power of their pens".
