摘  要:为了探究影响高职学生参与产业学院意愿的影响因素及效应大小,基于辽宁省高职院校412份学生调查数据,运用SEM模型分析了高职学生参与产业学院意愿影响的因素及路径。研究表明:学生个体特征对参与产业学院意愿有显著负向影响;高质量就业的重要程度、职业胜任能力的重要程度、学习成本的重要程度、主体权益的重要程度对参与产业学院有显著正向影响。由此提出产业学院建设要以提高学生就业质量、培养学生职业胜任能力、降低学生学习成本、保护学生主体权益为目标,不断提高产业学院办学质量,从而提高学生对产业学院的参与度。In order to explore the influencing factors and effects of higher vocational students’ willingness to participate in industrial colleges,based on the survey data of 412 students in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province,the SEM model was used to analyze the influencing factors and paths of higher vocational students’ willingness to participate in industrial colleges.The research showed that the individual characteristics of students had a significant negative impact on the willingness to participate in industrial colleges;the importance of high-quality employment,the importance of professional competence,the importance of learning costs,and the importance of the main interests had a significant positive impact on participation in industrial colleges.Therefore,it is proposed that the construction of industrial colleges should aim at improving the quality of students’ employment,cultivating students’ professional competence,reducing students’ learning costs,and protecting students’ main rights and interests,so as to continuously improve the quality of industrial colleges and improve students’ participation in industrial colleges.
