摘  要:课程思政是进一步提升立德树人成效的基础性工程、系统工程和战略工程。以“水产品加工技术”课程为例,介绍了课程思政教学设计与实践过程,提出了提升教师思政素养、深挖课程思政元素、创新教学方法与手段、完善课程教学评价指标体系等提高课程思政育人成效的建议。Ideological and political education by curriculum is the basic project,systematic project and strategic project to further enhance the effectiveness of moral education.Taking the course of Aquatic Products Processing Technology as an example,the teaching design and practice process of ideological and political education by curriculum in the course are introduced,and some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by curriculum in the course are put forward:improving teachers'ideological and political literacy,digging deep into the elements of ideological and political education by curriculum in the course,innovating teaching methods and means,and improving the evaluation index system of teaching.
