摘 要:“案例驱动—任务导向”型教学模式顺应以素养培育为导向的教育教学改革需要,着眼于新时代卓越教师培养目标,借助移动终端和网络平台,以典型案例为载体建构教育场景;以问题或任务为中心,促进学生学习行为的改变,推进课堂教学的整体转型,在职前从知识学习、技能提高、自主发展与品德修养等方面为建构卓越教师的核心素养打下可持续发展的基础。经过两轮实施应用,在小组座谈、调查问卷及期末考试成绩分析等主、客观数据的基础上,综合评价“案例驱动-任务导向”型教学模式的实施情况和应用效果,为深化教师教育课程改革提供借鉴参考。The "case driven-task oriented" teaching model meets the needs of education and teaching reform oriented by quality cultivation, focuses on the goal of cultivating excellent teachers in the new era, and constructs educational scenes with typical cases as the carrier by means of mobile terminals and network platforms.Focus on problems or tasks, it promotes the change of students’ learning behavior and the overall transformation of classroom teaching. The prejob model lay the foundation for sustainable development of core literacy from knowledge learning, skills, self-development and moral cultivation and other aspects of the construction of outstanding teachers. On the basis of the implementation and application and subjective and objective data such as group discussion, questionnaire and final examination score analysis, the implementation and application effect of the "case-driven-task-oriented " teaching mode are comprehensively evaluated, which provides reference for deepening the reform of teacher education curriculum.
