摘  要:输运物料参数(物料表面摩擦系数、物料刚度等)对螺旋输送机物料输运影响的力学机制尚不明确。文章利用离散单元法建立了螺旋输送机的数值模型,并分别研究了物料表面摩擦系数和物料刚度对作用在内圆柱面和螺旋面上的力矩和能量的影响作用。研究结果表明,作用在内圆柱面和螺旋面上的力矩和能量随着输运物料表面摩擦系数的增大而增大,作用在螺旋面上的力矩和能量要远远大于作用在内圆柱面上的,螺旋输送机在物料输运过程中受颗粒表面摩擦系数的影响作用要大于颗粒刚度的影响。The mechanical mechanism of the influence of material parameters(material surface friction coefficient, material stiffness, etc.) on material transportation of screw conveyor was not clear. In order to study this, the numerical model of screw conveyor was established by using discrete element method, and the effects of material surface friction coefficient and material stiffness on the torque and energy acting on the inner cylinder and spiral surface were studied respectively. The results showed that the moment and energy acting on the inner cylinder and spiral surface increase with the increase of friction coefficient. The moment and energy acting on the spiral surface were much greater than those on the inner cylinder surface. The influence of friction coefficient of particle surface on screw conveyor was greater than that of particle stiffness.
