项目驱动实现校企协同育人共赢的模式与实践

摘　　要：企业参与的积极性是产学研合作与校企协同育人的关键因素,而企业参与产学研合作的初衷及终极目的是基于其利益与发展所决定的。满足企业需求,是校企合作的前提和基础,也是专业硕士实践能力培养的关键。从2015年开始建设以来,广东省研究生联合培养基地(佛山)一直在探索“政府主导、项目驱动、产教融合”的工程硕士研究生联合培养模式,实践证明:通过企业技术需求的项目驱动模式可以极大地提高企业协同育人的积极性,增强企业技术研发力量和研发能力;同时,为高校提供更多的实践基地和产教融合的合作机会,促进高校导师的成果转化;更重要的是,增强联合培养学生的研发与实践能力,提高竞争与创新意识,增加创业与就业机会。加强企业、高校、学生的精准对接与深度合作,是这种模式推广的关键。The enthusiasm of enterprises’ participation is the key to the success of industry university research cooperation and school enterprise collaborative education. The original intention and ultimate purpose of enterprises’ participation in industry university research cooperation are determined based on their interests and development. Meeting the needs of enterprises is the premise and foundation of school enterprise cooperation and also the key to the cultivation of professional master’s practical ability. Since the construction of Guangdong Postgraduate Joint Training Base(Foshan) in 2015, it has been exploring the joint training mode of “government led, project driven, and integration of production and education”for master of engineering postgraduates. Practice has proved that the project driven mode of enterprise technology demand can greatly improve the enthusiasm of enterprises for collaborative education, and enhance the technological R&D strength and R&D capability of enterprises. At the same time, it provides more practice bases and cooperation opportunities for the integration of production and education for colleges and universities, and promotes the transformation of the achievements of college tutors. More importantly, we should strengthen the joint training of students’ R&D and practical abilities, improve their awareness of competition and innovation, and increase entrepreneurial and employment opportunities. The key to the promotion of this model is to strengthen the precise docking and in-depth cooperation among enterprises, universities, and students.
