青少年抑郁症患者服药依从性现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析青少年抑郁症患者服药依从性现状及影响因素。方法:选取2021年4月1日-2022年1月31日德阳市人民医院、德阳市第七人民医院、德阳市第二人民医院、广汉市精神病医院、绵竹市精神病医院、罗江安康精神病医院、中江县第三人民医院、什邡市康义精神病医院收治的236例抑郁症患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表和服药依从性调查表评价患者情况,采用Logistic回归分析青少年抑郁症患者服药依从性的影响因素。结果:236例患者的平均服药依从性分数为(1.89±1.41)分。服药依从性良好73例,占30.93%。不同年龄、性别、居住地抑郁症患者服药依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药时间<3个月、对抑郁症了解度高、对医生满意度高、既往无不良反应抑郁症患者的服药依从性较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对疾病不了解、服药时间长、对医生满意度低是青少年抑郁症患者服药依从性差的高危因素。结论:现阶段青少年抑郁症患者的服药依从性不理想,对疾病的了解度、用药时间、对医生的满意度是患者服药依从性的影响因素。Objective:To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of medication compliance in adolescent patients with depression.Methods:A total of 236 depression patients from Deyang People's Hospital,Deyang Seventh People's Hospital,Deyang Second People's Hospital,Guanghan Psychiatric Hospital,Mianzhu Psychiatric Hospital,Luojiang Ankang Psychiatric Hospital,Zhongjiang County Third People's Hospital,Shifang Kangyi Psychiatric Hospital from April 1,2021 to January 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were evaluated by general information questionnaire and medication compliance questionnaire.The influencing factors of poor medication compliance of adolescent depression patients were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results:The average score of medication compliance of 236 patients was(1.89±1.41)points.73 cases had excellent medication compliance,accounting for 30.93%.There was no significant difference in medication compliance among depression patients of different ages,genders and places of residence(P>0.05).The medication compliance was relatively higher in depression patients with medication time<3 months,high understanding of depression,high satisfaction with doctors,and without previous adverse reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lack of understanding of the disease,long medication time,and low satisfaction with doctors were the high-risk factors for poor medication compliance in adolescent patients with depression.Conclusion:At present,the medication compliance of adolescent patients with depression is not ideal.Patients'understanding of the diseases,medication time and satisfaction with doctors are the influencing factors of poor medication compliance.
