摘  要:目的:研究从凉粉草中快速发现具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的化合物。方法:利用亲和超滤技术从凉粉草中快速发现具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性化合物,并利用紫外可见分光光度法测定其α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。结果:凉粉草提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性为0.73%~19.72%,不同产地的凉粉草的提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性各有差异;选用95%乙醇作为提取溶剂时,凉粉草提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性最高。结论:本快筛法操作简单、易行,可快速从凉粉草中筛选出具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的成分。Objective:To study the rapid discovery ofα-glucosidase inhibitory compounds from mesona chinensis benth.Methods:The compounds withα-glucosidase inhibitory activity were rapidly identified by affinity ultrafiltration technology,and theα-glucosidase inhibitory activity was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Results:The activity ofα-glucosidase was 0.73%~19.72%.The activity ofα-glucosidase was different in the extracts from different regions.When 95%ethanol was used as the extraction solvent,theα-glucosidase inhibitory activity of the extract was the highest.Conclusion:This fast screening method is simple and feasible,and can be used to screenα-glucosidase inhibitory constituents from mesona chinensis Benth.
