摘 要:目的评价利用高端模拟人行经口气管插管及气道管理的情景模拟教学法在中医专业规范化培训教学中的效果。方法选取80名中医专业规范化培训医师按照随机数字表法分为传统教学法组(C组)和高端模拟人情景模拟教学法组(A组),各40名。C组实施传统教学法联合普通模拟人进行教学,A组在C组基础上利用Gaumard S1030高端模拟人进行情景模拟教学。在培训前进行摸底调查与理论考试,培训结束后进行理论与实践考核,并对课程满意度进行调查。结果培训前两组摸底调查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后两组理论考试成绩、实践考试成绩均较培训前升高,且A组高于C组(P<0.05);A组一次考核通过率、首次插管成功率高于C组(P<0.05),插管操作时间短于C组(P<0.05);A组课程满意度高于C组(P<0.05)。结论高端模拟人情景模拟教学法可以提高中医专业规培学员气道管理的能力及课程满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of advanced simulation teaching method on airway intubation and airway management in standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 80 standardized training physicians of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the traditional teaching method group(group C)and the advanced simulation teaching method group(group A),with 40 people in each group.Group C was taught with traditional teaching method combined with ordinary simulated person,and group A was taught with Gaumard S1030 high-end simulated person based on group C.Before the training,a thorough investigation and theoretical examination were conducted.After the training,a theoretical and practical examination was conducted,and the course satisfaction was investigated.Results Before training,there was no significant difference in the investigation results of the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the theoretical test scores and practical test scores of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and group A was higher than group C(P<0.05).The passing rate of the first examination and the success rate of the first intubation in group A were higher than those in group C(P<0.05),and the operation time of intubation was shorter than that in group C(P<0.05).The course satisfaction of group A was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Advanced simulation teaching method can improve the students’ability of airway management and course satisfaction.
