学前儿童家庭教育社区支持的问题与对策

摘  要:社区为学前儿童家庭教育提供支持,能够有效缓解家庭育儿压力,提升家庭教育的质量。运用问卷法对辽宁省A市社区支持学前儿童家庭教育的状况进行调查,结果显示,社区支持学前儿童家庭教育的总体情况较差,各领域支持不均衡,家庭与社区未能形成教育合力。基于此,提出相应的建议:积极完善社区物质环境,丰富学前儿童家庭教育资源;实施多渠道财政投入,不断完善社区支持体系;加强学前儿童家庭教育指导工作,促进社区与家庭的紧密合作;重视开发社区文化资源,积极建设社区良好人文环境;了解学前儿童家长家庭教育诉求,全方位满足不同家长的育儿需求;积极搭建社区教育网络学习平台,实现学前儿童家庭教育资源共享。Community support for preschool children’s family education can effectively relieve the pressure of family parenting and improve the quality of family education.This paper uses questionnaire to investigate the situation of community support for preschool children’s family education in A city,Liaoning Province.The results show that the overall situation of community support for preschool children’s family education is poor,the support in various fields is not balanced,and community and family don’t form a educational resultant force.Based on this,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:to improve the community material environment actively,enrich preschool children’s family education resources,implement multi-channel financial investment,continuously improve the social support systemstrengthen the guidance work for preschool children’s family education,promote the close cooperation between community and family,attach importance to the development of community cultural resources,actively build a good community cultural environment,understand the family education demands of preschool children’s parents,fully meet the parenting needs of different parents,actively build online learning platforms for community education and share family education resources for preschool children.
