新时代大学生综合素质评价改革初探

摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”的战略任务。在培育时代新人视域下进行大学生综合素质评价改革,使其更加适应新时代的育人目标,对促进大学生德智体美劳全面发展具有重要意义。现行大学生综合素质评价存在评价内容不全面、评价指标合理性不足、重视结果性评价忽视过程性评价、被评价者长期处于被动地位等问题。因此,融入“五育并举”教育理念,完善德智体美劳各方面内容评价指标,调整结果性评价与过程性评价的比重,设置与被评价者的沟通程序,是适应新时代育人目标、满足大学生德智体美劳全面发展需求的改革路径。In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic task of“cultivating newcomers of the era who will shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation”.It is of great significance to carry out the comprehensive quality evaluation reform of college students from the perspective of cultivating new talents in the new era,so as to make them meet the education goals of the new era,and to promote the comprehensive development of college students’virtue,intelligence,physical conditions,aesthetics and community service.Such problems exists in the current comprehensive quality evaluation of college students as incomplete evaluation content,insufficient rationality of evaluation indicators,emphasis on result evaluation neglecting process evaluation,and long-term passive status of the people evaluated.Therefore,integrating the educational concept of“Educating Five Domains Simultaneously”,improving the content evaluation indicators of virtue,intelligence,physical conditions,aesthetics and community service,adjusting the proportion of result evaluation and process evaluation,and setting up communication procedures with the people evaluated are the path of reform to adapt to the goal of education in the new era and to meet the needs of the comprehensive development of college students’virtue,intelligence,physical conditions,aesthetics and community service.
