基于区块链的工程项目超预算成本管控方法研究

摘　　要：针对工程项目超预算成本受区块划分限制、影响成本管控的精准性问题,提出了一种基于区块链的工程项目超预算成本管控方法。明确地分析整个建筑工程的项目链,并以此为基础划分工程区块链,计算各区块链在整个工程项目成本预算中所占的比重,构建工程项目超预算成本管控模型,利用蚁群算法求解超预算成本管控模型的最优解,得到工程项目超预算成本最优管控方法。与传统的成本管控方法相比,该方法可解决工程项目超预算问题,将预算成本严格控制在企业期望预算成本范围内,以扩大企业利润空间。To solve the problem of restriction on the over-budget cost of engineering projects by block division and accuracy of cost control,a control method for over-budget cost of engineering projects based on blockchain is proposed,which establishes a project blockchain through clearly analyzing the project chain in the entire construction,builds a control model of over-budget cost based on the calculated proportion of each blockchain in the entire project budget cost,and uses the ant colony algorithm to calculate out the optimal solution of the over-budget cost control model,so as to obtain the optimal control method for over-budget cost of engineering projects.This control method can better solve the problem of over-budget cost compared to traditional way,controlling the budget cost within the expected number to aggrandize the profit of enterprises.
