医疗人才组团式援藏医学教育实践--以西安交通大学援助阿里地区人民医院为例

摘　　要：阿里地区系陕西省对口援建地区,由于客观条件原因,医疗水平比较落后,医疗人才相对匮乏。从2015年开始,西安交通大学派出多批组团式医疗人才对阿里地区人民医院进行持续帮扶。援藏医疗人才在医学教育方面积累了丰富经验,并通过医疗实践取得了良好的帮扶效果,有效推动了阿里地区人民医院的快速发展,值得在今后的工作中继续实施与推广。The Ngari Prefecture is a counterpart aided area by Shaanxi province.Due to objective conditions,the medical level is relatively backward and medical personnel are relatively scarce.Since 2015,Xi an Jiaotong University has dispatched several batches of medical specialists to provide continuous assistance to the Ngari Prefecture People's Hospital.They have accumulated rich experience in medical education,and achieved good results through early practice.It effectively promotes the rapid development of the Ngari Prefecture People's Hospital and is worthy of continuous implementation and promotion in the future work.
