摘  要:目的对高等医学院校医工学科交叉实验室安全进行认知、态度、行为(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)调查,分析实验室安全教育和管理存在的问题,探讨可行的应对策略。方法采用自行编制《实验室安全KAP调查问卷》对医学院校进行学科交叉实验研究的人员进行安全知识、态度、行为调查分析。结果有效调查对象116名,KAP调查平均分为(80.7±12.0)分,总体及格率87.9%,其中实验室安全态度和行为及格率均高于90%,但安全知识总体及格率最低仅为81.0%。实验室安全知识、态度、行为之间具有强相关性(P<0.001),在此三方面,教师和研究生得分均显著高于本科生;按专业细分基础医学/药学专业人员得分均为最高;女生的实验室安全态度得分高于男生。结论针对医工交叉实验室的鲜明特点,需要以KAP理论为指导,建立完善一套系统、科学、高效的安全管理制度和教育培训体系,确保实验室安全、稳定运行,促进学科健康发展。Objective A knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)survey was conducted on the safety of interdisciplinary laboratories in medical colleges and universities,and the problems in laboratory safety education and management were analyzed in order to explore feasible countermeasures.Methods The laboratory safety KAP questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the safety knowledge,attitude and behavior of the cross-disciplinary experimental researchers in the medical colleges.Results The average score of KAP survey was 80.7±12.0,and the overall pass rate was 87.9%.The pass rate of laboratory safety attitude and behavior were both higher than 90%,but the overall pass rate of safety knowledge was only 81.0%.There was a strong correlation between the knowledge,attitude and behavior of laboratory safety(P<0.001).In these three aspects,the scores of teachers and postgraduates were significantly higher than those of undergraduates.The scores of basic medical and pharmaceutical professionals were the highest by specialty.The score of girls laboratory safety attitude was higher than that of boys.Conclusions In view of the distinctive characteristics of the medical and industrial cross-laboratory,it is necessary to establish a set of systematic,scientific and efficient safety management and education system under the guidance of KAP theory,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the laboratory and promote the healthy development of the disciplines.
