摘  要:在供电设备安全控制中,绝缘油样品进样的精度与效率对色谱分析效果存在直接影响。为此,设计新的绝缘油色谱分析中自动进样系统。工作人员登录系统后,通过上位机模块下达自动进样指令,将其传输至主控模块后,建立绝缘油色谱分析的进样控制信号,并将进样控制信号传输至自动进样模块。自动进样模块将启动面向步进电机控制的PID控制算法,控制步进电机驱动控制器协助进样器实现绝缘油样品的自动进样。且进样前后,系统可启动回零模块与清洁模块,实现系统清洁与初始化。实验结果显示:所设计系统使用后,变压器绝缘油色谱分析结果的Kappa系数为1;均方相对误差、平均绝对误差均小于0.2;绝缘油色谱分析的进样耗时均值均低于3 s,以上数据表明该系统可提升绝缘油色谱分析的精度与效率。In the safety control of power supply equipment,the accuracy and efficiency of insulating oil sample injection have a direct influence on the effect of chromatographic analysis.Therefore,a new automatic injection system for insulating oil chromatographic analysis is designed.After logging in the system,the staff give automatic sampling instruction through the module block of the upper computer,transmit it to the main control module,establish the sampling control signal for insulating oil chromatogram analysis,and transmit the sampling control signal to the automatic sampling module.The automatic sampling module starts the PID control algorithm for the stepper motor control and control the stepper motor drive controller to assist the sampler to realize the automatic sampling of insulating oil samples.Before and after sampling,the system can start the reset module and cleaning module to realize system cleaning and initialization.The experimental results show that the Kappa coefficient of the transformer insulation oil chromatogram is 1,and the mean square relative error and mean absolute error are less than 0.2 after the system is used.The average injection time of insulating oil chromatographic analysis is less than 3 s,which indicates that the system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of insulating oil chromatographic analysis.
