后仰办公坐姿下靠背角度对头枕舒适性的影响

摘　　要：为获得后仰工作时靠背角度对头枕舒适性的影响,采用体压分布测试法和主观评价法进行试验,通过对最大压力、平均压力和接触面积3项客观体压指标和人体各部位舒适感、贴合感、支撑感的分析,获得不同靠背角度下人-头枕界面的体压及主观感受差异。试验结果表明:后仰办公时,靠背角度对人-头枕界面的接触面积具有较大影响,角度差>10°时具有明显差异,且该差异随靠背角度差的增加而增大。靠背角度与颈部多种感受均存在相关性——靠背角度越大,颈部的舒适、贴合、支撑感就越强。100°~125°的5档靠背角度中,受试者多在115°时给予头枕舒适性较高评价。In order to obtain the influence of backrest angle on the comfort of headrest when working at reclined posture,experiments were carried out by means of body pressure distribution test method and subjective evaluation method.Through the analysis of three objective body pressure indexes of maximum pressure,average pressure and contact area,and the comfort,fitting feeling and support feeling of various parts of human body,the differences of body pressure and subjective feeling of human-headrest interface at different backrest angles were obtained.The experimental results show that the backrest angle has a great influence on the contact area of the human-headrest interface when working at reclined posture.There is a significant difference when the angle difference is over 10°,and the difference increases with the increase of the backrest angle difference.There is a correlation between backrest angle and various feelings of the neck.The larger the backrest angle,the stronger the comfort,fit and support of the neck.Moreover,in the 5th backrest angle of 100°-125°,most of the subjects give a higher evaluation of headrest comfort at 115°.
