摘　　要：在文献回顾的基础上,首先系统梳理了医患交流模式的转变,基于新兴模式“患者中心论”的需求,提出了“患者赋权”的必要性和可行性;随后对赋权相关概念、有代表性的理论和实证研究进行了简要回顾;最后尝试性地提出了“赋权型”医患交流模式,并从“是什么”“为什么”和“怎么做”三个方面阐释了该模式的内涵和实施途径,详细阐述了医者可以借鉴和使用的七类具体赋权言语行为。以此为临床医务工作者、医学人文研究者、医学教育学者提供革新医患交流模式的理论和实践参考。Based on review of relevant literatures,this paper firstly outlines the shift of models and theories on doctor-patient communication.In line with the principles of"patient-centered approach",the paper argued for the necessity and feasibility of patient empowerment.Then a review of representative theoretical and empirical studies on empowerment is conducted.Based on the review,a model on"empowerment-based"doctor-patient communication is proposed and discussed from the aspects of what,why and how,which includes the list of actual speech acts doctors could use to empower patients.It is hoped that the proposed model would offer new insights and fundamental implications on improving and renovating research and education in doctor-patient communication in China.
