摘 要:实现共同富裕是当前我国经济社会发展的战略性举措,建设技能型社会是提升中低收入群体技能水平和综合能力的重要一环,通过职业教育、技能培训等多种途径促进劳动者高质量就业、提升其收入水平。技能型社会的构建在促进经济高质量发展、产业迭代升级和劳动者个人发展等方面对助力共同富裕具有丰富的价值意蕴。针对技能型社会建设面临的主要挑战,需要从三方面推进技能型社会建设与实现共同富裕同向同行:加大各方供给,提升社会整体技能水平;多元主体协同,加快推进产教融合进程;完善分配机制,提高技能人才收入待遇。Achieving common prosperity is a strategic move for China’s current economic and social development, in which improving labor conditions is one of its important tasks. Building skill-oriented society is an important way to improve the skill level and comprehensive ability of low-middle-wage groups. It improves workers’ income and high-quality employment through vocational education, skill training and other ways. In specific, the construction of skill-oriented society is quite significant for achieving common prosperity, for example, promoting high-quality economic development, industrial upgrading and individual development. Facing main challenges in the construction of skill-oriented society, it is necessary to increase supplies from all parties and improve the overall skill level of the society. In addition, it needs to insist multi-cooperation to accelerate the industryeducation integration. What’s more, it is important to improve the distribution mechanism, increasing the income and the treatment of skilled talents.
