摘 要:为了解大学生应对方式与拖延行为之间的关系,寻找缓解拖延行为的影响因素和干预方向,对300名大学生进行问卷调查,研究大学生面对应激事件的对应方式对其拖延行为的影响。结果表明,大学生拖延行为得分较高,拖延行为较为严重;不同年级的大学生在积极应对与消极应对维度上存在显著性差异(P<0.05);积极应对方式与拖延行为呈显著性负相关,消极应对方式与拖延行为呈显著性正相关。In order to know the relationship between college students’coping style on procrastination behavior,and find the influencing factors and intervention orientation of procrastination behavior,the study does questionnaire survey on 300 college students,and researches the college students’coping style of stressful events and the influencing factors of their procrastination behavior.The results show that the score of delay behavior is high,indicating that college students’procrastination behavior is serious.There is statistically significant difference in positive and negative coping of college students of different grades(P<0.05).There is negative relationship between positive coping style with procrastination behavior,and there is positive relationship between negative coping style with procrastination behavior.
