高校生活垃圾分类现状及大学生环保意识培养策略研究--以大连民族大学(金石滩校区)为例

摘　　要：以大连民族大学金石滩校区为例,展开了大学生对垃圾分类的熟知程度、大学生垃圾分类行为现状、高校垃圾分类制度和环境等方面的调研。结果表明,大部分学生都有一定的垃圾分类意识,但由于没有接受过系统的垃圾分类培训课程,因而对垃圾分类无从下手,执行力较低;学生没有养成垃圾分类习惯,垃圾分类意识较弱;校园内没有摆放垃圾分类标志和分类垃圾箱。提出了大学生环保意识培养策略:完善垃圾分类制度,增加垃圾分类设施,制订相关校规严格管理,建立学校垃圾分类管理小组,将创建绿色、环保校园列入年度工作计划;加强垃圾分类宣传力度,提高垃圾分类教育水平,开设与环境保护、垃圾分类相关的课题研究项目、选修课、必修课,加强教师团队环保意识的培养,着力提高教师的环境忧患意识、社会责任意识和行动参与意识;建立奖惩制度,加强监督管理,激励全校师生自觉养成环保意识,能够按照垃圾分类标准进行垃圾处理,营造干净、舒适的校园环境。Through taking Dalian Minzu University(Jinshitan Campus)as an example,the study develops the investigation and research on garbage classification acquaintance degree of college students,the present situation of college student’garbage classification behavior,and the college garbage classification system and environment,etc.Most students have certain garbage classification consciousness.Due to not receiving systematic garbage classification training course,their executive force level is low.Students do not cultivate garbage classification habit,and their garbage classification consciousness is weak.There is no garbage classification indication and classification dustbin.Then the study proposes the countermeasures of college students’environmental consciousness cultivation,i.e.to perfect garbage classification system,increase garbage classification facilities;formulate relatively strict management,establish school garbage classification management group,enroll green and environmental protection into annual working plan;strengthen garbage classification publicity,improve garbage classification education level,set up course research project,optional course and compulsory course related with environmental protection and garbage classification,promote the cultivation of environmental consciousness of teaching team,improve teachers’consciousness of unexpected environmental development,social responsibility and activity participation;establish the system of rewards and penalties,strengthen supervision management,and stimulate teachers and students to consciously cultivate environmental protection consciousness,to dispose garbage according to garbage classification standards,and to create clear and comfortable campus environment.
