摘  要:继续教育是人类社会发展到一定历史阶段出现的教育形态,是学校社会化、学习终身化的具体体现,其作用不容忽视。继续教育承担着提高综合素质、推进人类文明进程、促进我国政治经济与社会全面进步的重要使命。随着市场环境和教育领域不断发展进步,高等继续教育人才培养模式也要随之不断更新发展,以学习者职业能力提升为导向,从而实现其终身学习、持续发展的目标,最终推进教育事业不断发展。基于上述所言,主要围绕着如何在职业能力提升的背景下开展高等继续教育工作作出了讨论和分析,以供相关人员参考。Continuing education is an educational form that appears when human society develops to a certain historical stage,and it is the concrete embodiment of school socialization and lifelong learning.Its role can not be ignored.Continuing education undertakes the important mission of improving the comprehensive quality,promoting the progress of human civilization and the overall progress of China’s politics,economy and society.With the continuous development of the market environment and the education field,the talent training mode of higher continuing education should also be constantly updated and developed.With the improvement of learners’professional ability as the orientation,the goal of lifelong learning and sustainable development can be realized and the continuous development of education can be finally promoted.Based on the above,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes how to carry out higher continuing education under the background of improving professional ability,for the reference of related personnel.
