摘 要:成人教育领域的管理数据应用薄弱在一定程度上削弱了教学成效。以开放大学某学期入学的全样本学习者数据为研究对象,融通注册信息、在线学习行为和毕业情况等三类管理数据,主要采用二项Logistic回归分析,对学习者按期毕业的特点进行分析。研究发现,本地学习者、中青年学习者、女性等更容易按期毕业,为助力乡村振兴和新型产业工人培养的学习者按期毕业成效显著。此外,为了促进按期毕业,学习者需要在学习时间安排和学习投入上更加合理,重视课程的学习过程以及有效准备课程考试等。The weak application of management data in the field of adult education weakens the effectiveness of adult education to a certain extent.This study takes the full sample of students enrolled in the Open University as the research object,integrates registration information,online learning behaviors and graduation data,and mainly uses binomial logistic regression analysis to analyze the characteristics of learners’timely graduation.The study found that local students,young and middle-aged learners and women are more likely to graduate on schedule,and the learners trained to help the revitalization of rural areas and new industrial workers have achieved remarkable results.In addition,in order to promote timely graduation,learners need to be more reasonable in their study time and learning investment,attach importance to the course learning process,and effectively prepare for the course exams.
