摘　　要：《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的印发和实施,标志着新时代我国深化教育评价改革的全面启动。回顾梳理我国有关“教师评价”的制度文件,理解制度的演进过程,分析制度的实施效果,对于构建我国高校教师评价机制、创新高校教师评价模式、落实新时代教育评价改革任务,具有十分重要的现实意义。The issuance and implementation of the Overall Program of Deepening Education Evaluation Reform marked the comprehensive launch of deepening education evaluation reform in China in the new era.In order to construct the mechanism of college teacher evaluation,innovate the model and implement the task of educational evaluation reform in the new era,it is of great practical significance to review the documents related to“teacher evaluation”,understand the evolution process and analyze the implementation effect of it.
