摘 要:目的:通过动物负重力竭游泳实验,研究中链甘油三酯(MCTs)联合复合乳酸菌的抗疲劳作用及潜在机制。方法:将Balb/c小鼠分为6组,分别为空白组(蒸馏水)、模型组(蒸馏水)、MCT组(MCTs 0.05 mL)、复合乳酸菌组(嗜酸乳杆菌:干酪乳杆菌=1:1,1×10^(9) CFU)、MCT+复合乳酸菌组(MCTs 0.05 mL+复合菌1×10^(9) CFU)和阳性对照组(葡萄糖112.5 mg),除空白组外均进行6 w负重游泳。测定力竭游泳时间、血清代谢产物、糖原储存和氧化应激相关指标变化。结果:各组小鼠体重在干预前后无显著差异(P>0.05)。与模型组相比,MCT+复合乳酸菌组小鼠的力竭游泳时间显著增加(P<0.05);肝组织中总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著增加(P<0.01);肝糖原和肌糖原含量显著增加(P<0.05),而血清中乳酸、尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶含量显著降低(P<0.05);肝组织中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:中链甘油三酯和复合乳酸菌联合具有潜在的抗疲劳作用。[Objective]To investigate the anti-fatigue effect and potential mechanism of chain triglycerides(MCTs)combined with compound lactic acid bacteria through animal load-bearing exhaustion swimming experiments.[Method]The Balb/c mice were divided into 6 groups,which include blank group(distilled water),model group(distilled water),MCT group(MCTs 0.05mL),compound lactic acid bacteria group(Lactobacillus acidophilus:Lactobacillus casei=1:1,1×10^(9)CFU),MCT+compound lactic acid bacteria group(MCTs 0.05mL+complex bacteria 1×10^(9)CFU),positive control group(112.5 mg glucose).All the groups were underwent 6 weeks of weightbearing swimming except the blank group.The anti-fatigue effect of each group was evaluated by measuring exhaustion swimming time,serum metabolites,glycogen storage and changes in relevant indicators of oxidative stress.[Result]There was no significant difference in body weight between the mice in each group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the MCT+compound lactic acid group showed the exhaustion swimming time(P<0.05),the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen(P<0.05),the activity of total superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase in liver(P<0.01)were significantly increased,respectively.On the contrary,the content of lactic acid,urea nitrogen,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in serum were significantly reduced(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of medium chain triglycerides and lactate compound bacteria has a potential anti-fatigue effect.
