摘 要:采用文献调研法查找民国以前岭南中医养生文献,从中梳理岭南代表性医家及著作,探讨岭南养生的学术源流及其当代社会价值,以期为更好地继承、发展岭南养生医学提供参考。研究表明,岭南养生源流可分为“萌芽期”“奠基期”“发展期”“繁荣及嬗变期”。文献中所承载的“汤粥”“凉茶”等岭南养生文化内容,对于当代药食养生、防疫等大有裨益,有力促进了岭南文化的传播。This paper mainly uses the literature research method to find the health preservation literature of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine before the Republic of China,and to sort out the representative doctors and masterpieces of Lingnan,so as to explore the academic origin and contemporary social value of Lingnan health preservation,in order to provide reference for better inheriting and developing Lingnan health preservation medicine.The results show that:the origin of Lingnan health preservation can be divided into“germination period”,“foundation period”,“development period”,“prosperity and evolution period”.The contents of Lingnan health preservation culture such as“soup porridge”and“herbal tea”carried in the literature are of great benefit to contemporary medicine and food health preservation and epidemic prevention,and effectively promote the spread of Lingnan culture.
